• No refunds, transfers or deferments. No exceptions.
• Deadlines for mail registrations are based on postmark.
• First name on bibs for Marathon and Half Marathon if registered by Feb. 1, 2008.
• Race packets for April 6th's Marathon, Half Marathon and Marathon Relay are available for pick-up at the Health & Fitness Expo ONLY. Please bring Photo I.D. and confirmation e-mail or postcard for pick-up. Packets, T-shirts and Goody Bags will not be mailed.
  
• No race day registration or packet pick-up on April 6th for Marathon, Half Marathon or Marathon Relay events.
• If you cannot pick up your race packet, a family member or friend can get it for you. He/She must present your confirmation e-mail/postcard and copy of Photo I.D.
• No more than two packets may be picked up by one person, except for relay team leaders who retrieve packets for their entire team.
• Our goal is to honor all T-shirt size requests, but we cannot guarantee availability. Everyone will receive a T-shirt, but only Marathon, Half Marathon and Marathon Relay participants will receive performance T-shirts.
• For safety and insurance purposes, no unregistered participants (friends, family, children, coaches), bicycles, automobiles, strollers, skates, headsets, ipods, mp3 players or pets are allowed on the course at any time.
