GO! St. Louis Joins Camp Eggers in 10K & 5K Event

GO! St. Louis was proud to present a 10K & 5K event for the men and women stationed at Camp Eggers in Afghanistan on April 15. The event was in conjuction with the 11th Annual Marathon & Famiy Fitness Weekend in St. Louis. More than 190 participants competed, while GO! St. Louis provided t-shirts, finisher medals and awards. Congratulations to Luigi Marano (Coalition - Italian) Time: 19:58 and Kristen Kosaber (Civilian) Time: 24:47 for winning the men's and women's division of the 5K and to Paul Gesl (Air Force) Time: 39:48 and Carrie Paben (Navy) Time: 58:00 for capturing the 10K titles. This marks the third time, since 2007 that GO! St. Louis has coordinated a race for the armed forces stationed abroad.
